I think it's because we have a broad clientele," he says, "one that includes men, women, kids and a range of ages. Plus, "I think that we're in a good community here in West Asheville; we have a good location. And I think a big part of it has to do with our staff. We've found a way to retain talented people who ... get along with each other, and who clients become fans of, and I think really, we owe a lot of it to our workers there."
The airy, retro-themed shop has seven stylists, including Terra, plus a stylist-in-training and a coordinator who books appointments and manages the shop.
